Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a Administrative Assistant who takes pride in a job well done. Someone who is upbeat hungry to learn and has a natural curiosity to want to figure things out

Job Purpose

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules handling correspondence organizing files and assisting with tasks that ensure a smooth workflow. A level of organization and attention to detail along with excellent communication skills are necessary to excel in this role.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

  • Organize files systematically for easy retrieval and management
  • Assist with various tasks to facilitate smooth workflow
