Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Office Administrator & AR Support professional for a key project.. This role is a hybrid of general office coordination and "light" Accounts Receivable. You will be the glue that holds the Marine Systems Service group together, ensuring the office runs smoothly while managing B2B collections and account adjustments.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• B2B Collections: Monitor AR aging reports and conduct professional follow-ups on past-due balances and short-pays.

• Account Adjustments: Process credit/debit memos and write-offs in accordance with the authority matrix.

• Dispute Resolution: Identify and document billing disputes, following escalation processes when necessary.

Office Administration

• Front Office Management: Act as the first point of contact for the Charleston office, managing deliveries, visitors, and meeting logistics.

• Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and format reports and presentations; maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.

• Operations Support: Procure office supplies, manage facility requests, and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding (workspace setup and access requests).
