You will also play a key role in helping the site transition to the Lean Digital Core by strengthening asset data, enabling maintenance integration, and supporting digital‑ready systems. Through this work, you will directly influence safety, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and long‑term value.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own manufacturing and facility assets across the full lifecycle, from design and qualification through decommissioning
  • Define and execute asset lifecycle strategies to optimize reliability, availability, and total cost of ownership
  • Create and maintain Sensor Risk Assessments to ensure accurate operating ranges and calibration requirements
  • Develop asset management plans addressing replacement, recapitalization, and obsolescence risk
  • Maintain accurate asset data and lifecycle documentation within CMMS and engineering systems
  • Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support the site’s Lean Digital Core transition and enable maintenance system integration

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field preferred; associate degree considered with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing manufacturing or facility assets across the full lifecycle in a regulated environment
  • Hands‑on experience with commissioning and qualification of equipment and systems
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
  • Experience maintaining asset data within a computerized maintenance management system or similar engineering systems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze equipment performance, failure data, and maintenance trends to drive improvements
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience supporting Good Manufacturing Practice production environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, with aseptic manufacturing experience preferred
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and supporting Lean Digital Core transition initiatives, including preparing systems for maintenance integration

Salary Transparency

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $98,700 and $183,300 per year.
