We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our team. This role will involve leading creative direction, developing innovative product concepts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion design leadership, trend forecasting, product development, and a passion for creating sustainable and impactful products.

Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (On-site/Hybrid/Remote PT Preferred)

Duration: 3 months

Job Description:

In this role, you will work in an energizing, inclusive, and creative environment focused on concepting and creating sustainable products that exceed customer expectations. You will partner with cross-functional team members responsible for ensuring that product style, fit, and quality deliver strong value to customers.

You will set the overall global design direction for the conceptual development of a specific product line, while embracing innovation, calculated risk-taking, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic direction for product area and design team
• Provide creative direction and coaching to build a high-performing team
• Research global markets to identify trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, and competitive inspiration
• Develop concepts and sketches for product lines and present ideas to leadership and stakeholders
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with merchandising, production, technical design, sourcing, visual merchandising, and marketing teams
• Ensure seamless execution from product concept through in-store and digital experience
• Partner with production and technical design teams to create tech packs and communicate design vision
• Ensure product quality, fit, and margin targets are achieved
• Lead and collaborate on key design initiatives and product development efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in creative direction, fashion design, or related field
• Expertise in trend forecasting, product design, and garment development
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
