Parlo is recruiting on behalf of our client, a brand-new, caffeine-obsessed beverage concept opening on Mott Street in Manhattan! They're building a founding bar team ready to grow, and we're looking for the right people to fill it. If you love great drinks, fast-paced service, and a crew that knows how to have fun behind the bar, keep reading!

Now hiring across all barista levels , from people brand-new to coffee to seasoned pros who hear the ticket printer in their sleep. Tell us where you fit!

The Roles:

Barista Prep Assistant: The counter MVPs. You take orders, run the register, prep cups, and keep those NYC lines moving and grooving. No coffee experience needed, just warmth, hustle, and a sharp memory! Great for those looking to dip their toes in the caffeine world.

Junior Barista: You're building drinks from espresso, matcha, chai, cold brew, refreshers, blended drinks, and more. You follow the recipes, keep your station clean, and grow your speed every shift!

Intermediate Barista The reliable core of the bar. You've got full menu mastery, you read the queue before it backs up, and you naturally help the newer folks level up. You're like the caffeine 'uncs' of the building.

Senior Barista (select hires — exceptional caffeine mastery only) Bar leadership. You run a rush completely independently, carry the quality standard, and coach the team. Major cafe experience and real leadership presence required.
