Summary

Our growing law firm is looking for a front desk receptionist, who is self-motivated, detailed-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to provide reliable and consistent client support, acting as a liaison between the client(s) and staff.

Responsibilities:

-Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service

-Make daily outbound calls to previous customers

-Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

-Inquire about the customer service previously given and recommendations on how to improve our service

-Cross sell company services and build new customer relationships

-De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering customer assistance and support

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.- Analyze customer' s experience and ask for customer referrals

-Perform other duties that may be assigned

-Able to make 60-80 outbound calls daily

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficient in data entry and computer skills.- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.

-Associate and or Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experienced.
