About the Role
We are a fast-growing US Real Estate Acquisitions team looking for a dedicated, full-time Cold Caller. This is NOT a gig or project role — we want a long-term team member who grows with us.
Unlike typical cold calling, you will NOT be calling homeowners. Your job is to engage professionally with licensed Real Estate Agents to uncover off-market deals and build relationships that generate consistent deal flow.
What You'll Do
• Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to real estate agents using our provided lead lists
• Qualify leads by identifying agent motivation and off-market deal potential
• Manage follow-up sequences so no warm lead goes cold
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes after every call

Who We're Looking For
• Clear, confident spoken Englis, easily understood by American real estate agents
• Prior cold calling or outbound sales experience (real estate is a big plus)
• Disciplined self-starter who can hit daily dial targets without micromanagement
• Quiet home office with reliable, stable internet connection
• Hunger to earn, base pay is solid, but top earners make significantly more through commissions
Compensation & Growth
• Base: Up to $8.00/hr (based on skills and experience)
• Commission: Bonuses paid on every deal closed from your leads, uncapped
• Career Path: Top performers move into Acquisitions Manager or Senior Closer roles
