Position Summary

A well-established construction team is hiring experienced Commercial Roofers for direct hire opportunities in Warren, Ohio. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Candidates must bring strong hands-on roofing experience and a commitment to safe, efficient work on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems
• Remove and replace damaged or worn roofing materials
• Install roofing materials, including metal roofing, asphalt systems, slate, and similar commercial materials
• Measure, cut, shape, and secure roofing components according to specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and job site safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and structural requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Collaborate with team members and communicate project progress
• Protect customer property and maintain professionalism on job sites
• Complete additional roofing-related tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial roofing experience (required)
• Strong background in installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction site safety practices
• Ability to use roofing tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Familiarity with commercial roofing materials such as metal, asphalt, and slate systems
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work in outdoor conditions
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Commercial roofing experience on U.S. construction projects
• Familiarity with Ohio building codes and regional construction standards
• Experience working on flat and metal roofing systems

Work Location & Candidate Scope

• On-site role in Warren, Ohio
• Preferred candidates within commuting distance: Warren, Youngstown, Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh metro areas
• Candidates should be able to commute consistently; no relocation assistance provided
