Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers for direct hire opportunities in the Warren, OH area. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with building standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair commercial roofing systems
• Remove old or damaged roofing materials
• Install materials such as asphalt shingles, metal roofing, slate, and solar tiles
• Cut, shape, and secure roofing materials to specification
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and job site safety standards
• Ensure compliance with building codes and structural requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate progress and updates with team members and supervisors
• Protect customer property during all phases of work

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of commercial roofing experience required
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and building codes
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Dependable and motivated work ethic

• Outdoor, physically demanding construction work

• Team-based field work with supervision from operations management
