Candidates must live on the East Coast, ideally in the eastern or central Pennsylvania region. Candidates must have 3 or more years of stable and successful B2B sales experience selling commercial / Industrial roofing products or related to commercial construction. Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of revenue generation of at least 3 million annually and be comfortable working with facility managers, contractors, and project stakeholders, and the ability to operate independently. This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $75,000 , with flexibility up to $125,000 for exceptional, highly experienced candidates , plus an uncapped commission structure. Depending on experience level, the projected earning in the first year be $90K to $150K in the first year.
