Description of the role: The Concierge at Reefhouse Resort & Marina is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Concierge will be the main point of contact for guests, providing information, recommendations, and coordinating various services to enhance their overall experience. Benefits: We offer competitive compensation starting at $16 - $17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide relevant information
• Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and activities
• Handle guest reservations and bookings for restaurants, tours, and transportation
• Coordinate special requests and arrangements, such as birthday celebrations or anniversary surprises
• Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions
• Ability to multitask and handle various guest requests simultaneously
• Familiarity with computer systems and software
