NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a Corporate Executive Chef - Director of Culinary Operations to lead our culinary team in Palm Beach. This full-time, on-site position is an exceptional opportunity for a culinary leader who is passionate about creating innovative dining experiences and driving operational excellence within the restaurant industry.

As the Corporate Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You will play a pivotal role in menu development, cost control, and staff training, working closely with our team to enhance our culinary offerings. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing NextGen as a leader in the hospitality sector, with a focus on delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in menu creation and execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Executive Chef or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in menu development and food cost management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
