NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a Corporate Executive Chef - Director of Culinary Operations to lead our culinary team in Palm Beach. This full-time, on-site position is an exceptional opportunity for a culinary leader who is passionate about creating innovative dining experiences and driving operational excellence within the restaurant industry.

As the Corporate Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You will play a pivotal role in menu development, cost control, and staff training, working closely with our team to enhance our culinary offerings. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing NextGen as a leader in the hospitality sector, with a focus on delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 annually, complemented by a range of benefits and opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic and innovative company culture.

Responsibilities

Lead the culinary team in menu creation and execution
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management
Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff
Collaborate with management on food cost control and budgeting
Stay updated on culinary trends and industry innovations
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Conduct regular assessments of food quality and presentation
Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance dining experiences

Requirements

Proven experience as a Corporate Executive Chef or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in menu development and food cost management
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
