Customer Service Representative job at LaSalle Network Vernon Hills, IL, US

Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a company focused on educational products and we are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner
Monitor customer portals for orders, updates, and shipping notifications
Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
Engage with customer feedback and reviews across platforms

Qualifications

High School Diploma required
1–3 years of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Key Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with proactive follow-through
Positive, customer-first attitude

Logistics

Compensation: $19/hr
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30
Location: 3 days onsite in Vernon Hills and 2 days work from home
Start: April 6th
