Responsibilities:The Development Coordinator role is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to be a pivotal team member in a fast-paced, highly professional environment within The Claire Trevor School of Arts (CTSA) at UCI. This individual is a self-starter and will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Development and CTSA advancement team. Areas of responsibilities include coordinating administrative support for the Claire Trevor Society membership program and support groups, proposals, donor relations activities, project management, coordination of development marketing activities, and special events. Other areas of support include gift administration, donor stewardship, and financial administration. The Development Coordinator will interface with academic leadership including the Dean of the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, campus administrators, faculty, students, patrons, alumni, university neighbors, community groups and volunteers. The Development Coordinator is an individual that can effectively communicate and engage with internal and external parties and is invested in furthering the mission of CTSA.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $60,300- $75,000 (annual).
