Job Description

The Manager Digital Marketing is a first-level manager that leads digital performance marketing initiatives with a focus on search engine management and optimization, paid social, and emerging search strategies. This role is responsible for managing the development and execution of digital campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and conversion performance by overseeing team activities, optimizing digital marketing investments, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business

objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive search engine optimization and paid media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead technical audits and coordinate with development teams to implement site optimizations.
  • Manage on-page optimization efforts including metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Develop and manage paid social strategies across relevant platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest, and others as applicable.
  • Oversee full-funnel digital campaigns, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and re-targeting initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, bidding strategies, and forecasting to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs and overall performance metrics.
  • Conduct testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Stay current on industry trends, including AI-driven search and generative engine optimization practices.
  • Develop defined processes and tools for ROI measurement, lead management, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Legal to ensure campaigns meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant digital marketing experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of management experience.
