Job Title: Lead Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CRM who is a true platform expert first and a leader second. This role will own the technical direction of the D365 CRM practice within a healthcare delivery environment defining architecture standards, governing low-code delivery, and mentoring development teams through active technical engagement.
Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture (Model-Driven Apps, Customer Service)
Design APIM-led integrations between D365 and internal/external systems, portals, and directories
Define Dataverse and Microsoft Fabric data architecture for analytics and reporting
Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews
Maintain CRM technical roadmap and drive platform innovation
Enforce configuration-first (low-code) delivery standards
Approve custom development only with documented justification
Communicate architectural decisions to technical teams and senior stakeholders
10+ years of experience in enterprise CRM / Microsoft platform delivery
5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience
5+ years leading development teams as Architect or Principal
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Dynamics 365 CRM
Power Apps (Model-Driven)
Power Automate
Power BI
Dataverse
Azure API Management (APIM)
Microsoft Fabric
Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders on CRM strategy
Experience in Healthcare domain
Strong low-code governance experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience defining enterprise architecture standards
