Electrical Engineering Manager - FPGA

$115k-$140k (Flexible Depending on Experience)

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in FPGA and firmware development
• Proven leadership skills in managing engineering teams and projects
• Expertise in FPGA firmware design, digital system design, and radio communication applications
• Strong ability to manage resources, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of FPGA development processes and best practices
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with wireless communication system hardware
• Familiarity with secure communication protocols and standards
• Experience in creating cost estimates and project scheduling
• Knowledge of embedded system development

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or higher preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant FPGA and firmware development experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a technical environment, with experience managing teams and projects

Other Requirements:

• Ability to achieve a US Security Clearance
• Willingness to work in collaborative, fast-paced project environments
