Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization’s communication efforts by effectively conveying information to various stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals who have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a desire to grow in the communications field, and are eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming communication requests via phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written and multimedia content for internal and external communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and provide regular updates to relevant departments.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, events, and campaigns by managing communication logistics.

Qualifications



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
