This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in project management and coordination. The successful candidate will play a critical part in supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Track project progress and update project documentation regularly.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Monitor project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.
Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
