Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support .

Key Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation documentation
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Meet or exceed weekly hiring goals and recruiting metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications , or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Equivalent experience or transferable skills will be considered
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in customer service, sales, internships, or administrative roles is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and performance tracking
  • Ability to evaluate soft skills and culture fit
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and candidate outreach
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (a plus)
