Job Description
Position Overview: The Epic Analyst will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules within our Epic system. This role requires a deep understanding of care management processes and experience in implementing and supporting these modules to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules in Epic.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
Develop and implement workflows, templates, and reports to support care management initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to module functionality and performance.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on module functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Epic releases and enhancements, and implement necessary updates.
Participate in project planning and execution for module upgrades and new implementations.
This is a remote role with limited travel. Compensation is based on experience ranging from 50-65/hr with possible flexibility for the right candidate.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Epic certification in Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and supporting Epic modules, with a focus on Healthy Planet and Compass Rose.
Ability travel onsite to Louisville KY one week a month Health plan experience in the health insurance/payer industry
