The Role:
The Finance Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate questions into analysis, dashboards, and recurring performance reporting. This role focuses on interpreting trends, explaining drivers (the “why”), and communicating insights through clear visualizations and storytelling. CPI is a high-integrity organization, and successful team members, including those in this key role, will admit mistakes, take corrective action quickly (fail fast), and be diligent in providing the best solutions while meeting deadlines. In addition, this role will support data governance and reporting processes by adhering to established standards and partnering with engineering teams to ensure data from multiple sources is used consistently and appropriately in analysis and reporting.What You Get To Do Everyday:
