Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating stand-up reach forklifts.
- Certification: Must hold a valid forklift certification issued within the last 24 months.
- Technical Skills: Ability to pass a comprehensive forklift safety and operation test.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional reliability and a proven track record of consistent attendance.
- Availability: Must be able to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities - Equipment Operation: Expertly maneuver electric stand-up and sit-down lifts to transport, unload, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Manage the flow of goods by repositioning pallets and manually stacking partial units to maximize space and presentation.
- Efficiency & Precision: Execute high-volume warehouse tasks rapidly while maintaining a strict commitment to safety protocols.
- Stock Consolidation: Efficiently transfer items from partial pallets to full pallets to streamline storage and equipment movement.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
