The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and handling daily or overnight hotel tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Associate: Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a professional manner Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Night Auditor: Perform all front desk duties during overnight shifts Reconcile daily transactions, reports, and accounts Prepare and balance end-of-day financial reports Ensure security and safety of the property during night hours Handle late check-ins and guest requests Requirements: Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Experience with hotel PMS systems (Marriott/Hilton experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and accounting skills (for Night Auditor role) Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented What We Offer: Competitive pay: $17 – $18 per hour Flexible scheduling (Full-Time & Part-Time) Opportunity to work with recognized hotel brands Career growth opportunities in hospitality How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply through Sulekha or share their resumes directly at recruiting
