Ansley–Litchfield Cooperative is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Head Football Coach for the 2026–2027 school year.
The Ansley–Litchfield Coop is well established, with a proud tradition of competitive success, strong community support, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
Position Overview:
Lead and oversee all aspects of the high school football program
Develop off-season, summer, and in-season training programs
Foster positive relationships with student-athletes, families, staff, and community members
Promote sportsmanship and academic success
Collaborate with administration to strengthen the overall football program
Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, strategy, and program development
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to building a positive, competitive culture
