Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Downtown Houston, TX
Salary: $90,000 + 20% Bonus
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to oversee revenue performance and operational effectiveness for a premier serviced apartment property located in downtown Houston. This position is ideal for a strategic professional with a demonstrated ability to drive occupancy within the extended-stay segment.
In this role, you will serve as a central leader responsible for both business development and guest experience, balancing ambitious sales objectives with smooth operational execution. The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of focused hospitality sales experience along with strong analytical skills to compete effectively in a dynamic marketplace.

Qualified candidates typically possess the following:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in extended-stay, limited-service, or full-service hotel sales
Track Record: Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and increasing year-over-year revenue
Technical Skills: Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and hospitality property management systems
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
