Step into a leadership role where you are the heartbeat of the operation. Randstad is seeking a highly motivated Site recruiter to work on-site staffing partnership in Greenfield, MO. In this dynamic, floor-facing role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk—you will be the primary liaison between our staffing agency and the client's leadership team. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a dedicated workforce of warehouse and production associates, driving engagement, ensuring strict safety standards, and directly impacting the facility's daily success.
salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
You are essentially running a mini-HR and operations department solely for the temporary workforce inside our client facility. It requires a lot of time on the warehouse floor, communication skills, and the ability to pivot quickly when the client's production needs change.
