Lead daily operations for the Residential HVAC Install Department in Auburn, Washington
Manage installation teams with a focus on efficiency, workmanship, and customer experience
Monitor department performance metrics including gross margin percentage, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Develop training and coaching programs to improve installer performance and technical knowledge
Coordinate inventory and materials management to support smooth project completion
Support revenue growth by identifying service opportunities and helping the team maximize project value
Maintain high installation standards and help ensure projects are completed successfully on the first visit
Collaborate with office staff, field teams, and leadership to improve processes and operational results

Previous leadership experience managing installation teams, preferably within residential HVAC
