ALSO is looking for a Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead our US based influencer and creator marketing partnerships and programming. This role plays an integral part in our go-to-market strategy and this leader will partner cross functionally with PR, advertising, social media and creative teams to bring their work to life. Our ideal candidate is experienced in building creator programs that compound over time and influence brand perception through technical validation and showcasing inspirational use cases in everyday life.

What You Will Do

  • Own execution of ALSO’s brand-led influencer and creator strategy aligned with our brand values, voice, and long-term vision.
  • Own the program budget and the results - defining, tracking and reporting on brand-focused KPIs such as reach, engagement, sentiment, share of voice, and content quality.
  • Translate brand campaigns, product launches, and lifestyle and use-case narratives into compelling creator programs.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard creators who are strong brand fits and natural advocates, striving to build long-term partnerships and ambassador programs that grow in depth over time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creators, fostering trust, clarity, and strong working relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, from briefing to content delivery and publishing.
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure content feels authentic while meeting brand guidelines and work closely with marketing, owned social, and PR teams to align creator efforts with broader initiatives, key product launches and/or national events.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure high-quality output
  • Analyze creator performance and translate insights into recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Share learnings with cross-functional partners to continuously improve creator strategy.

What You Will Bring

  • 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships including - managing partner identification, negotiation and contracting, creative briefs, content review and approval and tracking and measurement.
  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset - you love building systems, processes and ways of working from the ground up.
  • Experience managing creators at scale - not just gifting programs.
  • A deep understanding of creator platforms - particularly Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
  • Demonstrated experience in using Influencer and Creator partnerships to drive business results.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively as a functional owner across a diverse corporate and local matrix.
  • Understanding of influencer platforms e.g Aspire, CreatorIQ, GRIN
  • A passion for and/or professional experience working for brands that include small EVs, cycling, outdoors, health and wellness is a plus.

The estimated annual base compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
