Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Licensed Health Insurance Agents in a 1099, commission-based role.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the insurance industry with access to training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth.

In this role, you will help clients navigate their health and life insurance options while developing your own client base and professional skillset.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with clients to assess their insurance needs
  • Present tailored health and life insurance solutions
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

Required:

  • Active Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
  • Stable Internet
  • Working Computer (Desktop or laptop) with at least

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services
  • Familiarity with health and life insurance products
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
