Job Summary

Independent Contractor / Owner Operator – Cargo Van.

Responsibilities

• Pickup packages from designated warehouse.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Manage route driving to ensure on-time deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
• Follow all company policies related to delivery procedures, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must own or lease a Cargo Van (minimum 10 ft; examples: Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proven delivery driving experience with an emphasis on safety and professionalism
• Experience operating cargo vans.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items; must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Insurance Requirements (Cargo Vans):

• Auto Liability: Minimum $300,000 combined single limit

Compensation & Payment:

• Compensation is $15 per stop, with a minimum guaranteed daily pay of $250 , whichever is greater.
• Paid weekly every Friday (first payment is issued the following week)
