OPF West Cust Mktg Mgr
As a Regional Marketing Manager for the Seminis brands, you are responsible for the design, execution, and analysis of the Integrated Marketing plan and brand-building activities. Your role is crucial in delivering the Customer Experience to aggressively increase brand presence while supporting Bayer's vision for agriculture. You will also support marketing and digital initiatives targeting regional growth strategies, knowledge transfer, product information campaigns, and overall customer experience. Acting as the Voice of the Customer within the organization, you drive solutions that address their needs and challenges.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for the integrated regional business/marketing plans, including targeted outreach to customers, rewarding customer loyalty, and executing campaign plans for the region;
Execute ongoing analysis, market knowledge, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for the segment; report and apply findings and insights;
Actively support and contribute to the broader customer marketing strategy by analyzing and evaluating customer insights and country market environment development;
Enable the right portfolio strategy at the regional level by providing market knowledge and customer insights;
Plan, manage, and monitor discretionary market funding execution at a regional level to achieve brand and product goals and meet budget expectations;
Manage and maintain regional product portfolios on Product Insights;
Drive the development and execution of integrated customer campaigns through Account Planning, aligned with the customer journey and relevant customer insights;
Partner with the Communications Manager to create relevant content and manage digital channels following the Digital Roadmap;
Support defining Integrated & Tailored solutions for customers and actively help in concept development, implementation, and commercialization;
Ensure consistency and diligent use of corporate guidelines in branding and institutional image across the region;
Develop Partnership programs and incentives to support channel partners in being more successful and aligned with our strategy;
Lead strategic Pricing discussions and alignment within the Commercial Team;
Lead the Local Leadership Team in creating and executing the Regional Business Plan strategy and tactics for the region;
Manage Marketing Budget allocations and spend, actively contributing to S&OP actions to bridge gaps and NVI root cause analysis.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Agronomy, Communications, or a related field;
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business and marketing strategies for profitable growth of a branded product at retail;
Customer-oriented mindset with strong economic thinking skills and business orientation;
Excellent leadership, organizational, time management, and superior communication skills;
Ability to work within the matrix and with cross-functional teams to achieve business results;
Creative and innovative, able to work hands-on in a fast-paced, complex environment;
Ability to use data combined with experiences to develop strong business cases in support of recommendations
Preferred Qualificaitons:
8 years of relevant marketing and/or sales experience;
MBA or related graduate studies.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $117,120.00- $175,680.00 .Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
