We’re hiring a part-time Event Caterer / Event Setup Specialist to support on-site events—focused on building, styling, and setting up grazing tables and charcuterie boards with a clean, premium look.

This is event-based, part-time work and is perfect for someone looking for a second income who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.

Pay

• Hourly pay + tips
  
• Shifts vary based on event schedule (often evenings/weekends)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Show up   on time (or early)  to event sites—punctuality is non-negotiable
  
• Set up and style   grazing tables, charcuterie boards, and catering displays   to company standards
  
• Load/unload food, supplies, equipment, and décor efficiently and safely
  
• Maintain a clean, organized setup area and polished presentation
  
• Assist with light catering/event support as needed (replenishing, basic service help, breakdown)
  
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices during transport and setup
  
• Represent the company professionally with clients, venues, and guests
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required  (you must be able to get yourself to event sites)
  
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  
• Professional appearance and communication
  
• Able to lift/carry supplies and work on your feet during setup
  
• Available for   some weekends and occasional evenings  (peak event times)
  
• Dependable, consistent, and able to follow checklists
  

Nice to Have

• Catering, hospitality, food service, or event setup experience
  
• Charcuterie/grazing table experience (or strong interest + willingness to learn)
