At PersonalRx, we’re a fast-growing mail-order pharmacy transforming how patients receive their medications. We’re hiring Certified Pharmacy Dispenser Technicians (CPhT or ExCPT) to join our on-site team in East Rutherford, NJ.

Here, you’ll work in a modern, technology-driven environment — no retail counter, no drive-thru, no late nights.

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Monday–Friday (daytime hours only)

What You’ll Do

As a Pharmacy Dispenser Technician , you’ll be an essential part of our fulfillment and dispensing team — helping ensure every patient receives accurate, timely, and safe medication shipments.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and dispensing medications using automated and manual systems

• Staging and reviewing prescriptions for pharmacist verification

• Managing out-of-stock medications and updating inventory systems

• Ordering and tracking medications using pharmacy software

• Working closely with pharmacists and patient care specialists on re-shipments

• Maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and protecting patient data

• Completing ongoing training and cross-training in related pharmacy roles

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License (Required)

• National certification (CPhT via PTCB or ExCPT via NAHP – Required)

• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong computer and data entry skills

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

• Experience with automated dispensing machinery is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
