This is a planned leadership transition — the current CEO is preparing for retirement after building a strong, stable organization with a loyal team and a culture rooted in craftsmanship, accountability, and long-term thinking.

The Role

Our next CEO will set the company's vision, strategy, and performance expectations while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day operations. This includes leading financial planning, P&L management, and cash flow oversight; driving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement; and supporting sales strategy and key customer relationships. This is not a corner-office role — we expect our CEO to be a visible, approachable presence on the production floor and willing to work alongside the team when it matters.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings executive or senior leadership experience in manufacturing, a strong financial background, and a proven ability to improve operations and drive growth. They lead with clarity and humility — setting measurable goals, developing talent at every level, and making timely, confident decisions that balance the needs of employees, customers, and owners alike.

We're looking for a communicator who builds trust at every level of the organization — equally comfortable presenting to a board, negotiating with a banking partner, or having a candid conversation on the production floor. They translate complexity into clear direction and rally people around a shared purpose.

The right person thinks in systems, invests in people, and builds the kind of organizational depth that doesn't depend on any one person — including themselves. They bring the capital discipline and change management experience to grow the business thoughtfully, and the self-awareness to keep learning alongside the team they lead. Above all, we're looking for someone who shows up — who earns trust through presence, leads by example, and finds as much satisfaction in developing a frontline employee as in closing a strong quarter.
