Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on healthcare services provided by Total Access Urgent Care
• Identify and report any bugs, defects, or issues in the systems or processes
• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and improve processes
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test results and findings
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Healthcare
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a healthcare or urgent care setting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Desired Experience:

• Experience with testing tools and methodologies in a healthcare environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare compliance regulations
• Previous experience working in an urgent care or similar healthcare setting

Salary & Benefits:
