We’re seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide front office and administrative support during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, friendly, and enjoys working in a client-facing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route inquiries as needed
• Greet visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• Receive, distribute, and organize incoming documents
• Make copies and assist with general office tasks
• Accept and document payments
• Provide administrative support using Word and Excel

• Previous receptionist or administrative support experience
• Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
• Positive attitude and dependable work style
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office setting
Additional Details
Location: Whidbey Island, WA (onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; occasional Saturday coverage may be required
Pay Rate: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
Assignment Length: Temp to hire, approximately 2–3 months
