Receptionist / Office Admin

 

SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist / Office Assistant to support daily administrative and front-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well with a small team, and is comfortable being the first point of contact for customers and vendors.

 

LOCATION: Woodinville, WA 

SCHEDULE: 

8am – 330pm Monday - Friday

 

PAY: 

$20 - $23 Depending on shift

Key Responsibilities

· Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system

· Provide general email support and respond to inquiries

· Perform filing, data entry, and general office organization

· Assist with freight scheduling and coordination

· Support multiple team members with day-to-day administrative needs

· Maintain a professional and welcoming front office presence

 

Ideal Background & Qualifications

· Prior office, receptionist, or administrative experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

· QuickBooks experience is a plus

· Ability to take direction from multiple team members

· Comfortable working in a small office environment

· Trainable, dependable, and team-oriented

· Easygoing attitude with a willingness to assist where needed

 

Work Environment

· Small office setting with 4+ administrative staff

· Manufacturing facility with approximately 25+ employees onsite

· Collaborative, close-knit team culture
