Schedule : On-site | Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Overview: We’re seeking motivated, entry-level Recruiters who are eager to grow with our recruiting team and support the staffing business. This role delivers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while partnering closely with experienced recruiters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Recruiting Team:
    • Assist recruiters with daily tasks, candidate sourcing, job postings, and interview coordination.
    • Maintain open, proactive communication to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
    • Post job openings on job boards and career sites; assist with resume screening and initial candidate qualification under supervision.
    • Conduct basic phone screens to assess candidate fit and coordinate next steps with the recruiter.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule interviews (in-person or virtual); secure interview logistics and provide candidates with instructions.
    • Send hiring packages, conduct background checks, and ensure quality hires.
  • ATS Data Entry & Compliance:
    • Enter candidate information into the ATS accurately and maintain up-to-date candidate records.
    • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Candidate Experience & Communication:
    • Maintain timely, professional, and courteous communication with candidates throughout the process.
    • Respond to candidate inquiries and deliver an engaging candidate journey.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with onboarding logistics, reference checks, background checks, and offer coordination as needed.
    • Prepare interview materials, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics reports.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and mentorship to develop recruiting fundamentals.
    • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in administrative, customer service, or entry-level recruiting-related roles preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable using ATS/CRM systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone presence; ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, collaborative; customer-service oriented; able to work well in a team environment.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., PC Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) or other HRIS/CRM tools.
  • Exposure to recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).
  • Interest in talent acquisition and a long-term career in recruiting.
