Job Description

The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for implementing pricing strategies for multiple hotel properties in our portfolio. Responsibilities include analyzing the competition’s pricing and market dynamics, implementing promotions and discounts, managing inventory and rate plans, and collaborating with other hotel departments to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. This role requires collaboration and interpersonal skills to help each individual hotel successfully achieve revenue goals. The Regional Revenue Manager is an analytical thinker driven to help our organization exceed our revenue management objectives. As the regional revenue manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development of and maintaining pricing models, forecasting revenue goals, and helping our properties implement a revenue management plan to increase hotel growth and profitability. To keep our hotels competitive, you will need to evaluate and analyze our competitors’ pricing strategies on a regular basis while also monitoring current industry trends. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous revenue management experience or similar hotel operations role. Salary Range: $65,500 - $76,000 annually Benefits Offered:

Regional Revenue Manager Responsibilities:
  • Optimize hotel revenue by evaluating performance and
  • Put revenue management strategies in place to set profitable rates
  • Conduct comparative market analyses and confirm corporate, group, and negotiated rates with hotels
  • Evaluate previous weeks' revenue performance and help aid in developing strategies for upcoming weeks through regular yield management meetings
  • Check competitor operational strategy continuously, and review their pricing and availability
  • Maintain revenue management tools including brand software and systems and strategy spreadsheets
  • Remain current in all required brand training and certifications
Regional Revenue Manager Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in revenue management or hotel operations role, preferably overseeing multiple properties
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality field
  • Exemplary analytical skills, math skills, and the ability to interpret data are vital
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software needed
