What You'll Do:
* Lead the sanitation team to ensure all areas of the plant are sanitized, safe, and production-ready.
* Drive compliance with federal, state, and customer sanitation standards.
* Collaborate with production and quality teams to validate allergen cleaning and food safety processes.
* Manage inventory, control chemical usage, and meet budget goals.
* Train, mentor, and enforce safety and compliance practices within your team.
* Oversee pest control programs and support food safety audits to keep us ahead of the curve.
* Plan and execute sanitation schedules to meet the demands of a busy, around-the-clock facility.
