Job Description – **SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud BI&R Strategy Lead**

SAP S/4HANA Public cloud certifications
BI & Reporting Strategy Expertise:
Proven ability to define and execute enterprise BI&R strategy aligned with Finance and Engagement Management vision.
SAP Ecosystem Knowledge:
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud reporting capabilities.
SAP Datasphere for data integration and semantic modeling.
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboards, planning, and predictive analytics.
Enterprise Architecture:
Strong experience in designing business architecture for BI&R across Finance and Engagement Management domains.
Ability to map KPIs, reporting hierarchies, and analytics requirements to technical solutions.
Cross-Platform Integration:
Familiarity with integrating SAP BI tools with external platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure, or similar).
Governance & Compliance:
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for professional services firms.
Methodology:
Experience with SAP Activate, Agile delivery, and PI planning cycles.
Strategic Leadership:
Facilitate BI&R strategy workshops with senior stakeholders to align Finance and Engagement Management reporting vision.
Validate and refine BI&R roadmap based on business priorities and technology capabilities.
Lead business architecture design for BI&R scope, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison between business leadership and technical teams for BI&R strategy.
Drive consensus on KPIs, reporting standards, and analytics objectives across Finance and Engagement Management.
Solution Oversight:
Ensure BI&R solutions leverage SAP Datasphere and SAC effectively for integrated reporting.
Oversee alignment of reporting architecture with S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities and SaaS constraints.
