Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Physical Inspection: Conducting searches of property, which may involve lifting items up to 30 lbs. Use of metal detecting devices.
• Checkpoint Management: Controlling entry/exit points and directing traffic flow.
• Interacting with Staff: Providing guidance to personnel and responding to inquiries. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Citizenship/Age: U.S. citizen or national and at least 18 years old.
• Agility : Ability to bend, squat, and reach to perform property searches.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Skills: Must have prior law enforcement or military background. Strong communication (Radio and telephone), teamwork, and ability to work in high-risk austere environments. 
• Compliance : Must pass a background investigation (criminal), and drug screening.

Work Environment:

• Schedule: Full-time including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Conditions: Work is performed at random checkpoints, which may or may not be temperature-controlled or have plumbing.
