Freedom Challenge USA is seeking a Social Media Analyst Volunteer to help analyze online engagement and strengthen our digital impact.
This is a fully remote, unpaid volunteer position.
The role focuses on reviewing social media performance data and identifying insights that support mission-driven communication efforts. Responsibilities

• Monitor performance across social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Analyze engagement trends and identify content patterns
• Create simple reports or summaries of key findings
• Provide recommendations to improve content timing and engagement
• Research relevant social media trends
• Collaborate with the communications team

Qualifications

• Interest in social media analytics, marketing, or communications
• Comfortable reviewing platform analytics and engagement metrics
• Ability to interpret data and explain findings clearly
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with major social platforms
• Experience with Canva or similar tools (optional)

Time Commitment

• 3–6 month volunteer role
• Flexible schedule determined with supervisor
