Job Description

This early-career fullstack role is tailored for recent graduates eager to accelerate their growth by building impactful products. You will contribute to and gradually take ownership of core product features from end to end, primarily focusing on enhancing Zara, our AI Recruiter agent. This position offers the opportunity to shape its operations, scalability, and value delivery to users, all while receiving mentorship from experienced engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of fullstack systems that power core product workflows.
• Build backend services and APIs with guidance, emphasizing clean, maintainable code.
• Develop user-facing features and interfaces that are deployed directly to real users.
• Support data modeling efforts and learn best practices for database performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform ideas into functional features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and the continuous improvement of engineering quality.
• Assist in debugging issues and learn how to maintain reliable production systems.
• Enhance your ability to make informed tradeoffs between speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Recent graduate (or soon to graduate) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React (or similar).
• Familiarity with backend development (Node.js).
• Exposure to databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and general data modeling concepts.
• Understanding of how APIs work and how applications communicate.
• Curiosity, a strong willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

• Internship experience in software engineering.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD basics, or deployment workflows.
• Interest in AI, data-driven products, or modern system design.
• Experience working on team projects or hackathons.

Full-time position with remote work capability. Candidates must have at least 6-8 hours of overlap with the PST timezone.

Annual salary ranges from $180,000 to $250,000.

This role is being hired in parallel across multiple regions due to coverage needs, compliance requirements, and time-zone alignment. Responsibilities and expectations are identical; however, employment terms may vary by region.
