🌞 Summer Camp Counselor

Schedule: Monday - Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and fun-loving Summer Camp Counselors to lead campers through daily activities at our Adventure Park. Counselors play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and unforgettable summer experience for kids.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage campers during adventure activities and camp games
Lead groups through climbing courses, zip lines, and team challenges (training provided)
Ensure camper safety and follow all park safety procedures
Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive camp environment
Assist with daily camp setup, cleanup, and transitions
Communicate effectively with fellow staff, camp leadership, and parents
Be a positive role model and represent the adventure park professionally

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old; 16 years old for Junior Counselor
Experience working with children or teens preferred (camp, coaching, teaching, etc.)
Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic
Ability to pass a background check
First Aid/CPR certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
