Job Description

Our client, a respected firm in the tax and audit sector, is seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join their team.

As a Tax Manager, you will prepare and review moderate to complex business and personal income tax returns, including multi-state filings and client tax planning. You'll also handle trust and estate tax returns, provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, and build lasting client relationships through expert service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading tax preparation and review efforts

- Mentoring and supporting other tax professionals

- Expanding your expertise through ongoing self-study and formal training

- Managing a workweek of 40 hours in non-busy seasons and 55-60 hours during peak tax season.

Qualifications:

- CPA or EA certification required
