Outside Sales Representative in Training
 
$60,000–$75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

  • Prospecting daily and building your own book of business.
  • Cold calling and setting appointments with qualified B2B prospects.
  • Developing national and regional account opportunities.
  • Managing and growing retail chain service accounts.
  • Conducting professional sales presentations.
  • Building long-term customer relationships.
  • Learning commercial roofing systems and service solutions.
  • Working independently in your territory.

What You’ll Need

 
  • 2–3 years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Lead generation and cold-calling experience.
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
Roofing or construction sales experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits

 
  • Base salary (60k-75k per year) PLUS Uncapped Commissions
