Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Nampa. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of demonstrated experience in metal fabrication and a preferred Welding experience. This role involves a strong focus on fabrication, perfect for someone looking to transition into a full-time welding position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct metal fabrication and welding tasks.
• Operate press brakes and other fabrication machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints for assembly and fabrication projects.
• Perform tasks such as grinding and metal cutting to prepare materials.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication.
• Experienced in welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment

Work in a temperature-controlled fabrication shop with a 6 AM to 2:30 PM schedule. The environment is designed to support your professional development with state-of-the-art equipment and a focus on safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
