Role Summary:
As an X-Ray Technologist, you will perform a wide variety of radiologic procedures using independent judgment and technical proficiency. You'll be responsible for patient imaging, system operation and maintenance, and supporting the department with your expertise. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.



Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and ensure image quality
• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, PACS, RIS, and HIS systems
• Adhere to infection control and OSHA guidelines
• Transport patients as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and patient safety at all times
• Stay current on annual training and department competencies
• Collaborate with peers and assist in instruction or supervision when assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• ARRT(R) certification required
• Active Massachusetts Radiology License (MALIC)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical radiologic experience preferred

• Effective written and verbal communication
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently or in teams
